    CLIENT MANAGER JOB DUTIES:

    • Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
    • Handle the full-scope accounting ‘soup to nuts’ for 15+ individual businesses
    • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by analyzing account information
    • Document financial transactions by updating account data
    • Recommend financial actions and summarize the current financial status
    • Collect data, prepare balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
    • Handle financial transactions by auditing documents
    • Maintain accounting controls by preparing policies and procedures
    • Direct accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering queries
    • Coordinate financial issues by collecting and analyzing accounting data
    • Secure financial data by completing database backup
    • Maintain financial security by following internal controls
    • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
    • Special projects, as needed

    CLIENT MANAGER SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s in Accounting
    • CPA is a PLUS
    • 5+ years of accounting experience
    • MUST HAVE ULTRATAX software experience
    • Solid analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge about MS office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
    • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
    • Solid attention to detail skills required
    • Punctual, reliable, and superb communications skills required
