Job Summary Hurricane Restaurant is an established scratch kitchen in the heart of Kennebunkport. We are seeking a full-time bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and is passionate about mixology.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, and serve craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers -Provide knowledgeable assistance with menu choices and recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Handle cash transactions and operate a POS system -Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender is required
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail recipes is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
