    At Over The Rainbow Child Development Center, we are more than a childcare center — we are a family-owned early childhood program focused on creating emotionally safe, engaging, and joyful classrooms for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.

    We are currently hiring a caring, dependable, and professional Teacher Assistants for our Toddler and Preschool classrooms.

    What You’ll Do Help create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment

    Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth

    Engage children through play, conversation, and hands-on learning

    Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and routines

    Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

    Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional classroom

    Encourage confidence, independence, and kindness in children

    Work collaboratively as part of a supportive teaching team

    Qualifications:

    More than 1 year of childcare experience

    Strong communication and classroom engagement skills

    Reliable attendance and professionalism

    Genuine passion for early childhood education
