Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration.

Assess and monitor student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met.

Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's learning journey.

Maintain a safe and organized classroom that promotes creativity and curiosity.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Foster a love of learning through play-based and hands-on activities.

Requirements:

90 hour certification in preschool

Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.

Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

State certification in teaching or willingness to obtain.

Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
