TBS is a financial services company that passionately serves approximately 400 families in Lancaster and surrounding counties, brought to us mostly through trusted client referrals. We’ve found success through maintaining the fine balance of serving our existing clients and carefully taking on new clients who meet our expectations and requirements. As such, we have been recognized as one of the fastest growing firms in the nation.

We work with and serve a niche market of professionals in our community – public educators. We understand that our clients are the reason for our firm’s success, and we are looking for a candidate who embodies the mindset of being of service to our clients and other team members. Hiring the right team members who share our culture is integral to this mission.

No cold-calling will be required as our firm generates its revenue through servicing existing clients through a fee-based fiduciary relationship. Financial planning and investment management are the main drivers of our business model, and these services are delivered to clients through our financial advisors. The client services administrator role is a supportive role that assists financial advisors in the preparation and follow-through of client meetings and spontaneous client service needs as they arise.

TBS offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for an above-average candidate with experience. The Client Services Administrator position requires the individual to be in the office full-time.
