Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, creative, and spiritually grounded educator with a heart for teaching and ministry. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering instruction, maintaining a positive and orderly classroom, and modeling Christian values both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and academic standards.

Integrate Biblical principles and worldview into classroom instruction and activities.

Foster a safe, supportive, and Christ-centered classroom environment.

Assess student progress and provide feedback through regular evaluations and reports.

Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.

Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and faculty devotions.

Maintain accurate records, including attendance and grades.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education(or currently acquiring degree) or related field (preferred but not required )

Valid teaching certification (preferred but not required).

2-3 years prior teaching experience (preferred).

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

A committed Christian with a demonstrated alignment with the school's mission and values.

Passionate about Christian education and student discipleship.
