Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans and curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment conducive to learning

Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and observations

Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners

Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance documentation

Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

Valid Arizona teaching certificate or license (or ability to obtain)

Prior classroom teaching experience preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain student engagement

Passion for student success and a commitment to continuous professional growth

Ability to pass a background check as required
