About the Role:

Star Learners in Zionsville, IN is looking for a passionate and nurturing Teacher Assistant to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Support lead teachers in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans

Supervise and assist students during classroom instruction.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all children

Observe and document student behavior and developmental progress

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred

Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus

Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with kids

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional growth in early childhood education
