    ** Education and Requirements:**

    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree or higher in the field of Special Education from an accredited university program in Deaf and Hard of Hearing specialization.
    • Deaf and Hard of Hearing credentials required.

    ** Key Responsibilities:**

    • Develop Individualized Education Plans ( ** IEPs** ) to meet student needs
    • Conduct student evaluations to identify and address needs
    • Coordinate and deliver services, ensuring efficient instruction and program success
    • Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to maintain program integrity and adherence to processes
