Overview
At Carter Hears, we believe access to communication is the foundation of belonging, learning, and opportunity. Our team partners with schools to ensure Deaf and hard-of-hearing students receive high-quality, compassionate support from professionals who care deeply about their work. We are currently offering a signing bonus for a North Carolina–certified Teacher of the Deaf to provide full-time virtual services. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to support students from anywhere while remaining licensed to serve in North Carolina. If you are passionate about supporting Deaf and hard-of-hearing students and value meaningful collaboration with educators and families, we would love to connect with you. The Virtual Teacher of the Deaf will provide direct instructional services, consultation, and support to Deaf and hard-of-hearing students through virtual platforms. This role involves collaborating with school teams to ensure students receive accessible, engaging instruction aligned with their educational goals.
