Job Title: Childcare Provider / Assistant

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

About Us:
We operate a certified family childcare facility and are seeking a reliable and experienced childcare teacher to care for children ranging from 6 months to 7 years old. Our childcare environment is nurturing, safe, and enriching, and we are looking for someone who can foster these values while engaging with the children.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Prepare and serve meals/snacks
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and educational play
• Assist with homework (if applicable)
• Provide light housekeeping related to children (e.g., tidying play areas, cleaning dishes)
• Take children outdoors, to extracurricular activities, and appointments (if necessary)
• Assist with nap and bedtime routines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare (babysitting, daycare, nanny, etc.)
• Strong references from previous employers
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred, but willing to train)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be patient, dependable, and trustworthy
• A background check will be required

Preferred:

• Reliable transportation
• Experience with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, based on experience. Additional benefits, such as paid time off, may be available depending on the employment arrangement.
