What We’re Looking For This role requires more than just assisting—it requires presence, awareness, and leadership. We’re looking for someone who can step into any classroom and maintain a sense of calm, structure, and engagement. You should be comfortable taking direction, but also confident enough to lead when needed.
The ideal candidate is someone children respond to naturally. Someone who can guide behavior, build trust, and create a positive environment without relying on constant direction from others. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and takes pride in being a reliable, go-to team member, we’d love to hear from you.
