    A Meeting Planner for a Teacher's Pension Services Company is responsible for organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences that support the company's mission to provide excellent pension services to educators. This role involves ensuring all logistical aspects of meetings are well-planned and executed smoothly, providing a seamless experience for all participants.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and coordinate various meetings, including board meetings, training sessions, and client events.
    • Arrange for transportation, accommodations, catering, and audiovisual equipment as needed.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and distribute them to appropriate parties.
    • Ensure all events comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in event planning, meeting coordination, or a similar role is desirable.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Problem-solving abilities.
