    Teacher's Pension, a leading independent financial services organization, in the defined contribution & defined benefit business, is currently seeking candidates to join our team to work within existing plan sponsor relationships in the government and education markets. In-Person with Pre-Set Appointments. No Weekends. No Evenings. Major Six-Figure Income.

    *FINANCIAL ADVISOR - 403(B)/457 - RETIREMENT SPECIALIST

    Have you been working for a captive firm and looking to go independent with a steady stream of clients to work with selling both securities and FIA products? Experience selling life insurance as part of client's portfolios is preferred, but we will train you in this process if needed.

    *FORMER PUBLIC EDUCATORS (TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS, SUPERINTENDENTS)

    Burned out from the traditional classroom environment? Retired from the district and are looking for a second career?

    *LIFE AND HEALTH LICENSED ONLY AGENTS

    Agents working for captive companies or independent IMOs are looking for a more traditional career model that does not limit upward mobility through recruiting.

    Agents looking for a more structured daytime schedule that allows for flexibility and reduced travel time running appointments. Work nine months and let the income you earned allow you to take the summer off.

    Agents looking for additional support from the home office to stay busy.

    We prospect on your behalf through our call center and a team of retired superintendents.

    We also provide pre-set virtual appointments that you can do from home booked for you and loaded onto your calendar weekly at the times you have available to work.

    Agents who are looking to advance their career and become a more holistic financial professional for their clients. This is a great opportunity to begin learning this process in a controlled environment with great training and support along the way.

    This position will be responsible for 403(b) and 457 enrollment, retirement and investment counseling, and participant education and seminars.

    Qualified candidates must possess or learn the skills necessary to conduct one on one retirement counseling appointments, recommend and implement investment strategies, and research client service issues and investment questions from the PRE-SET APPOINTMENTS WE PROVIDE YOU.

    Additionally, the candidate must have the ability or willingness to learn how to conduct retirement and investment seminars.

    Series 65 strongly preferred, or willing to obtain.

    Life & Health Insurance Licenses.

    Proven sales track record.

    CANDIDATES WILL HAVE OR OBTAIN THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

    Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b) & 457.

    Territory management and business development. Relationship building.

    We provide the tools and resources necessary that will help set you up for success – including full access to the Teacher's Pension product portfolio and training.

    Access to existing client base-wide array of financial products. Technology and systems enable you to efficiently manage your clients' financial information and plans.

    Turnkey marketing services.

    Advisors who hold Series 6, 7, 63 can house their license with our broker-dealer, however, we focus primarily on RIA Fee-only advisory services.

    SALARY RANGE

    100,000 To 250,000 Per Year
