Responsibilities: • Training Plan Management: Maintain client records, session notes, and other relevant documentation in an organized and secure manner, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. • Research and Preparation: Conduct research on relevant topics and assist in preparing materials for coaching sessions, such as presentation slides, handouts, or reference materials. • Follow-up and Accountability: Help track client progress, follow up on action items from coaching sessions, and provide reminders and accountability support to ensure clients stay on track with their goals. • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents to ensure the efficient operation of the coach's practice. • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information about coaching services. • Session Coordination: Assist in organizing coaching sessions by scheduling appointments, setting up virtual meeting platforms, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and accessible. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as email, calendar apps, and document management systems. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • A proactive and resourceful attitude, able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. • Remote Work Requirements: Must be able to work remotely with a workspace set up at home, be responsive in Slack, Click Up, and Email, have a clear camera for virtual meetings, and be punctual and detail-oriented. Compensation: $7 - $8 hourly
