    Pay: Salary starting at $60k+, Top Pay for Top Talent Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education

    Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Support: Collaborate on the planning, execution, and optimization of diverse marketing campaigns, including direct mail, newsletters, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

    Content Creation: Craft and design various advertisements, encompassing social media posts, digital marketing ads, print ads, billboard ads, and more. Monitor daily sales and leads status, tracking progress against the budget.

    Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance data. Oversee social media marketing and website updates. Manage online accounts, including BBB, local chamber accounts, email marketing, Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, etc.

    Analytics and Reporting: Manage Google Analytics and conduct in-depth analysis, comparing current statistics with previous months and years to enhance campaign effectiveness.

    Event Coordination: Assist in the organization and promotion of company and community events, including home shows, while tracking results. Generate ideas for promotional events and ensure their efficient execution.

    Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.

    Collaboration: Manage relationship with the Marketing Agency and oversee all aspects of the Google Business Account. Work closely with management and sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging and an exceptional customer experience.

    Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management.

    Required Qualifications:

    3-5 years relevant marketing experience.

    Strong self starter.

    Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

    Professional phone etiquette.

    Analytical and creative mindset.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent interpersonal skills.

    Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

    Proficiency with Email and Microsoft Office software.
