Responsibilities: • Provide hair services including cuts, coloring, texture services, perming, styling, and other services • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques • Ensure client satisfaction by offering exemplary customer service • Educate and inform clients on hair care and styling techniques • Follow safety and health regulations when working with clients • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the salon • Preparation and closing tasked for the days work • Balance multiple clients with effective time management Qualifications: • Alaska State Hairdresser License or another US states license that can be transferred (we will help facilitate the license transfer from another US state) Compensation: $45,000 commission based
