    Hi! We're Team Fasnacht Realty Group, a small, family-run boutique brokerage in Long Beach. Currently seeking an Office Assistant. This position is part-time that will grow into full-time. To start, it would be 20-25 hours a week. We are seeking an organized professional assistant, (Preferably licensed) who can streamline all efforts of our business for increased productivity. The position is both assisting in day-to-day operations, as well as supporting our business growth by creating an environment of responsiveness and caring for us, our clients, business associates and community. We would be working together, both in our home office and remotely. You must be patient, flexible and a jack-of-all-trades. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written) the ability to multitask, efficient and detail-oriented, be comfortable with tech and social media. No selling involved but must enjoy helping, interacting with our clients and providing superb customer service. This position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and share our belief that people come first. Responsibilities will include managing clients, their files, inventory and databases to promote and market our brand while creating raving fans. Help prepare for client appointments, coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and marketing calendar, prepare presentations, enhance our social media presence, maintain and update our web presence. Applicants should be highly thorough, possess great interpersonal skills and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Responsibilities: GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION • Provide general admin support and calendar management for brokerage • Organize, manage and refine CRM while assisting in and maintaining client follow-up systems • Send Testimonial Requests at the close of each transaction • Office Supply Management • Transaction and Client File Management (Paper and Digital/Cloud-Based • Monitor Drive to ensure TC(Transaction Coordinator) is uploading all transaction files • Various other tasks as they arise • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Generate weekly status production reports MARKETING AND MULT-MEDIA • Manage Website All Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube • Create content for posts and promotions, etc... • Ensure content value and effective marketing strategies • Create Flyers for new listings for online & email marketing • Email RE Agents, Friends, Neighbors, Past Clients, etc....using CRM • Assist Graphic Designer in creating Ad content for: • Listings • Bixby Neighbors Magazine • Various other items as they come up • Create Virtual Tours of Listings (Most listings have professional videography, however, not all) • Create and Manage content for Buyer's Packages and Listing Packages • Create Monthly Newsletter and send it to clients • Other various projects as needed REAL ESTATE • Coordinate and meet with contractors, staging team, inspectors, photographers, etc • Order yard signs Up and Down for listings • If Licensed, may need Open House assistance • Complete CMA's • Preparing Listing documents and Disclosures for clients • Input Listings into MLS • Preparing Offers and Disclosures for clients and Packaging them to submit • Interface with TC (Transaction Coordinator) Escrow Officers, other RE agents, Title Officers, • Lenders, etc. • Monitor Transaction Timelines to ensure all are on track for a timely close • Various other items as needed Qualifications: Real estate license preferred Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills • VERY Tech Savvy (This job is 85-95% at a computer) • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and GSuite • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality • Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities • Strong familiarity with real estate transactions or previous experience in the real estate industry preferred • Social Media Savvy • Great Interpersonal Skills • Fast Learner • Organized • FLEXIBLE & may need to be available weekends • Marketing Experience Preferred • Executive Assistant Experience Preferred Compensation: $20 - $30/hour (Room for growth plus Bonus opportunities)
