Responsibilities: Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Qualifications: Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Passionate about selling Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 estimated commission per year
