    Team Foster at COMPASS is seeking a highly motivated, talented individual to work in our company as a Concierge Services Manager! Compensation: • Salary range: $60,000 plus potential bonuses • Medical and dental insurance • Paid time off • Pro-Club gym membership • Mileage reimbursement • Work Schedule Requirement: This position includes working two Saturdays a month, with the provision of a corresponding day off during the following week. This schedule is essential to ensure coverage during peak times and maintain the high level of service expected from our team. Responsibilities: • Responsible for excellent customer service. • Responsible for regular communication with sellers including progress reports and feedback from showing appointments. • Implementation of office processes for routing calls, scheduling appointments, and prepping Tere and Moya for appointments. • Responsible for contact database management. • Responsible for internal reporting to the Team on listing status. • Updating and maintaining listing materials and supplies. • Assists the Team in coordinating repairs, and home improvements required for showing the property. • Responsible for maintaining and delivering signage, marketing materials, and lockbox for each listing. • Responsible for tracking all marketing plus sending timely marketing updates to clients. • Agent connections via in-person events and email reach outs • Special event assistance Qualifications: • Must have proficiency in working with email, MS Office • “Can-do” attitude. • Strong time management skills • Proficiency in CRM software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently Compensation: $60,000 plus potential bonuses
