Responsibilities: • Go on multiple appointments weekly and meet and build rapport with new clients • Show homes to interested clients • Provide Market Analyses to clients as requested • Follow up with clients to move them forward in the process • Build relationships with agents in other companies • Negotiate contracts and transactions • Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues • Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients Qualifications: • Hungry to do more • Real Estate License (or pursuing) • People-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Competitive • Team player • Consistent • Persistent • Self-reliable Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
