Responsibilities: • Lead agent recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract exceptional talent to our team. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the real estate industry. • Create a collaborative and vibrant work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth. Agent Recruitment: • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract experienced, new, and high-potential agents. • Build and maintain a strong network within the community to identify and engage prospective agents. • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials. Training and Development: • Conduct thorough audits of our CRM system to identify training opportunities and areas where agents may be struggling with lead follow-ups. • Design and implement training programs to address identified gaps and enhance agent skills. • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new and existing agents, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Relationship Building: • Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective agents, serving as a key point of contact for their professional development. • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to understand individual agent needs and tailor training programs accordingly. • Organize networking events and workshops to foster a sense of community among agents. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in recruitment, training, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in real estate. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. • Innovative mindset with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
