Responsibilities: Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers Qualifications: Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills Develops innovative forward design concepts Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Compensation: $12-$14
