Responsibilities
- Graduate from our new partner Launch
- Execute weekly lead generation systems
- Create a VIP client experience
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities using technology tools
- Conduct open houses and attend events to market services and generate new client relationships
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in regular training and mastery of presentation/communication skills
- Participate in team activities and events
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and accountability sessions
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
- Be a Team Player - Commitment to Show Up, Contribute, Learn, Take Action!
- Florida real estate license in good standing REQUIRED or in process within the next 15 days.
- 1+ years of real estate sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Willingness to learn scripts, processes, and dialogues
- Coachable & Accountable
- Resilient to change and shifting markets
- Ability to be a problem-solver and solution-finder
