You must be comfortable making a heavy volume of calls per day to generate sales opportunities for our team. Responsibilities: • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and text to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition • Manage and qualify all leads to generate appointments for our agents in various markets • Demonstrate knowledge of national and local real estate market trends • Answer questions related to specific properties for sale • Create and maintain a database of clients, using team resources provided, to ensure organization and follow-up • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our service offering • Learn details about our systems and service offerings • Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team • Achieve meeting weekly goals • Track and document calls and sales • Update client records Qualifications: • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Organized • Driven • Smart • Hungry • Teachable • Accountable • Persistent • Must have a real estate license or be willing to obtain one • Proven track record of success in phone sales Compensation: Base Salary + Commission, First year ISAs on Team Lally typically earn $80,000+
