This is an entry-level position in the Office of Financial Aid and Cashier Services. Individuals in this position are trained in all aspects of the Office of Financial Aid and Cashier. The Financial Aid Specialist I provides processing support and disseminates information to students and other staff. Close monitoring is received from department leadership and Financial Aid Specialist II. Work requires close adherence to stated financial aid policies and procedures and applicable federal and state regulations. This position sets the tone for a student-centered, high-performance culture that emphasizes excellence in service, quality, productivity, and standards.
