A customer in Winona Lake, IN is looking to hire a hands-on and detail-oriented individual to support production. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to actively support the team on the floor. The ideal candidate will have computer skills, mechanical knowledge, and leadership qualities, with the ability to step in as a backup to the supervisor when needed.

Other responsibilities: 

• Ability to use Excel and Word for scheduling, recordkeeping, and production paperwork.

• Support daily production by troubleshooting issues and helping operators with concerns. 

• Assist with warehouse organization, and inventory management, including operating a forklift.

• Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks (no electrical work required).

• Conduct lab testing.

  This is a full time, direct hire position. Standard hours are 5:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday, and overtime on Friday's. Pay range is $23.00 - $24.00 an hour. Benefits and paid vacation are included.
