    Civil Transportation Team Lead – Make Your Mark in Indy

    Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid Eligible After 90 Days)

We’re seeking a Civil Transportation Team Lead to step into a visible leadership role within one of the most respected and well-established civil firms in the industry.     You’ll lead a dedicated engineering team, manage a variety of transportation infrastructure projects, and work alongside executives who are invested in your growth. From INDOT highways to county roadways and municipal improvements, you'll help shape communities while growing your own career in a people-first, high-trust environment.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Lead and mentor a team of civil transportation engineers on a range of public-sector projects.

    • Manage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring technical excellence, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

    • Cultivate strong client relationships and play a key role in growing the firm’s transportation portfolio.

    • Work closely with state, county, and municipal agencies—especially INDOT and local government clients.

    • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and hands-on collaboration.

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering.

    • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana (Ohio/Kentucky a plus).

    • 10+ years in civil transportation design, 5+ years leading teams/projects.

    • Experience with INDOT, county, and municipal transportation projects.

    • Strong leadership, client-facing communication, and project management skills.
