About the Role:

AS AND CLEANINGS is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise field staff and cleaning crews

Monitor job performance and conduct regular quality control inspections

Manage supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships

Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution

Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Track key performance metrics and report on operational outcomes

Requirements:

2+ years of operations management experience, preferably in cleaning, facilities, or a service-based industry

Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Solid communication skills for client relations and staff coordination

Proficiency with scheduling software, basic computer applications, and reporting tools

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to problem-solve quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
