As a Team Lead, you won’t just be closing deals — you’ll be coaching, inspiring, and scaling a high-performing sales force.

    What You’ll Do:

    Lead a team of 3–7 entry-level solar reps in daily and weekly sales activities

    Conduct in-field training and live deal support to develop reps’ closing abilities

    Run in-house trainings, morning meetings, and performance reviews

    Monitor team KPIs and coach individuals to hit goals

    Set the pace with personal production, while building a pipeline of future leaders

    Work closely with setters, operations, and upper management to hit territory targets

    Help recruit, onboard, and retain top talent

    If You Are:

    A proven closer (1–2+ years in solar or high-ticket sales)

    Passionate about leadership and coaching others

    Organized, energetic, and data-driven

    Able to hold a team accountable while staying positive and motivating

    Looking to grow into higher-level leadership with a fast-growing company
