    Hudson Table is a dynamic and fast-growing culinary brand with locations in Hoboken, Philadelphia, Stamford, and Brooklyn — and an exciting new location opening in Princeton in 2025! We offer hands-on cooking classes, private events, catering, and more. As we expand, we are seeking a Team Lead – Picker/Packer to join our Fulfillment Center team in Moonachie, NJ. This role is essential to ensuring our culinary experiences run smoothly by overseeing the accurate selection, packing, and preparation of supplies destined for each of our locations.

    What You’ll Do: Order Picking

    Accurately select products from inventory based on order lists.

    Verify product details and quantities to ensure accuracy.

    Utilize handheld devices to track and confirm all picked items.

    Packing

    Safely and efficiently pack items to ensure secure transport.

    Maintain organization and protection of all packed products.

    Inventory Management

    Support inventory tracking and stock level accuracy.

    Identify and report discrepancies or damaged items.

    Loading & Logistics

    Assist with loading outgoing orders onto transport vehicles.

    Quality Control

    Conduct final checks to ensure order accuracy and presentation.

    Inspect all packaging and items for compliance with food safety standards.

    Safety & Compliance

    Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

    Report unsafe conditions or potential hazards promptly.

    Efficiency & Team Support

    Help meet daily productivity goals through efficient task execution.

    Support continuous improvement efforts across fulfillment operations.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.

    Previous experience in food handling, restaurant prep, or kitchen operations.

    Working knowledge of food measurements and basic conversions.

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

    A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to lead by example.
