We are seeking an experienced Team Lead / Foreman to manage daily field operations and lead a crew of 2–4 team members. This role is designed for someone who can confidently serve as the owner’s on-site representative, making real-time decisions, maintaining quality standards, and guiding the crew through full workdays in the field.
The Role
As Team Lead / Foreman, you will oversee the execution, efficiency, and quality of daily work across multiple residential properties. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring both physical labor and strong decision-making skills. Perform and oversee daily tasks including:
Pruning, planting, mulching, edging, hedging, and garden maintenance

Identification of pest, disease, and pruning issues with appropriate response
Track crew hours, productivity, and job progress across locations
Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and vehicles
Safely operate a company truck and dump trailer
Communicate daily updates, needs, and challenges to ownership

Hands-on proficiency with:
String trimmers, hedge trimmers, edgers, and hand tools
Battery-powered landscape equipment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in real time
Professional, respectful communication style
We value experience, but we also value motivation and commitment. Candidates who may be slightly less experienced, but demonstrate strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a clear desire to learn and grow long-term are encouraged to apply.
