  • Responsibilities

    Manage all aspects of parcel and LTL business utilizing WMS, equipment, and manpower. Plan, coordinate, and execute at a high level to support a high level of efficiency and accuracy. In addition, this position will require flexibility to support other areas to improve operations and support business growth. Responsibilities: • Manage all facets of parcel business, which includes: Receiving, inventory accuracy, order picking, ASN, LTL shipment preparation, and reporting. Other duties include managing returns, damage product, and customer communications. • This is a working Team Lead position, meaning order picking support, forklift support, order picker support, and ensuring 100% accuracy. • Lead 1-2 material handlers. • Support staging area activities during receiving and shipping. • Manage updates to WMS, customer reports, and vital internal and external communications. • Support supervisors and managers on projects and new customer launches. • Create and maintain work instructions and shipping instructions at high level. • Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate reporting and transaction information. Qualifications: Required skills • Prior experience in warehouse, operations or supply chain is a must. • Proven computer experience: ERP, WMS, and Microsoft Excel. • Experience in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work and manage under tight timelines and the ability to handle stressful situations. • Strong communication skills. • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Education • Associate's Degree or experience in the logistics industry. Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods of sitting at the desk and computer. • Work in a warehouse environment. • Lifting up to 40lbs safely. References required Compensation: $48,000
