Full-time positions available starting: • Daytime, evening, and weekend availability required Responsibilities: • Make sure jobs get completed on time and on budget • Execute on the Spray-Net standards with your team • Lead and manage a team of up to 6 people • Manage customer expectations and deliver on our promise • Schedule jobs and team • Supervise, support, and train the crew • Manage production deadlines • Make sure the job site and trucks look professional • Learn the Spray-Net way • Make sure inventory is replenished as needed • Manage the final payment • Get your hands dirty with the team • Play your part in blowing the customers’ minds! (Really, they are very impressed with our service, and it’s the best part of our job.) Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS • 2+ years in painting & spray application • Language: English • Valid driver’s license • Complete our online and on-site training program • Strong attention to detail • Independent & self-motivated • Organized • Conflict management skills • Strong leadership skills to manage a team • Strong time management & communication skills • Flexible working hours • Ability to work at heights • Ability to lift and move ladders Compensation: $25 - $27.50 hourly
