About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Team Lead to oversee our Enhanced Services team. In this role, you will coordinate clinical services, provide direct therapy, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for individuals and families. Compensation
This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.
Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.
What You Can Expect

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, or Social Work.
Licensure: Active or provisional licensure as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
Experience: Previous experience providing individual and family therapy. Experience in community-based mental health services preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
