Team Lead – Junk Removal & Truck Driver

VETS Junk Removal & Dumpsters – Raleigh, NC

Overview

VETS Junk Removal & Dumpsters is hiring a Team Lead to help run daily jobs and lead a small crew. This role includes driving a truck and trailer, removing items from homes and businesses, and ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.

Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role.

Responsibilities

Drive company truck and trailer to job sites

Lead a small crew on junk removal jobs

Remove furniture, appliances, and debris from homes and businesses

Communicate professionally with customers

Load trucks safely and maximize space

Keep trucks and equipment clean

Perform basic vehicle inspections

Requirements

Clean driving record (required)

Ability to drive a truck with trailer

Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and leadership mindset

Comfortable working outdoors

Preferred Experience

Military service

Driving box trucks or work trucks with trailers

Crew leadership or supervisory experience

Customer service experience
