Soleil Tans is a leader and innovator in the luxury sun spa industry.

Position: Team Lead
Commitment: 30–40 hours per week, including nights & weekends
💵 Compensation
Starting Pay: $20 per hour
Guaranteed Raise: $22 per hour within one year after completing training & certification
Bonuses: Earn an extra $1–$4 per hour through our generous sales bonus program
Tips: All staff, including managers, earn tips — averaging $100 per month
Paid Training: We invest in customer service and sales training to help you build a well-rounded professional skillset
🎯 Your Role
Deliver the Best Guest Experience — Ensure every guest leaves feeling Soleil Tans was the highlight of their day.
Drive Sales — Lead your store to meet and exceed sales goals by selling memberships, preventing cancellations, upselling services, and recommending products.
📌 Essential Responsibilities
Lead sales using our 5-Step Sales Method while coaching your team to sell memberships & products
Provide exceptional guest service to maximize satisfaction
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and provide shift coverage as needed
Ensure proper opening/closing procedures with adequate staffing
Process bi-monthly payroll accurately
Enforce company policies to improve sales & service performance
Oversee safety compliance and adherence to customer service standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices
Meet financial goals through smart scheduling and purchasing decisions
Maintain a clean, well-kept spa and ensure equipment upkeep (including re-lamping)
Manage inventory and supplies, restocking as needed
Support local marketing & advertising efforts
Represent the Soleil Tans brand in all employee, guest, and community interactions
Participate in leadership huddles and company-wide meetings
✅ Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven sales or retail management experience
Availability for 30–40 hours per week, including weekends
Strong organizational & time-management skills
Hands-on leader willing to do what it takes to get the job done
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate & lead a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Applications
