    About the Role: The Team Lead is a leadership role that bridges the gap between caregivers, clients, and families. This position ensures that Inspire Care’s mission and care standards are upheld daily. As a Team Lead, you will oversee onboarding, training, scheduling, quality assurance, and team performance while maintaining professionalism in all scenarios.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Work shifts alongside clients and staff, especially during new client onboarding, to set the standard of care

    Welcome new clients, complete home safety checks, and review care plans

    Train and support new staff so they are confident and prepared for client shifts

    Ensure staff follow care plans, safely pass medications, and uphold client needs

    Organize schedules and make sure all shifts are covered

    Check in with clients and staff regularly to ensure care needs are upheld

    Introduce caregivers to clients and families to build trust and comfort

    Handle concerns from families or clients with professionalism and care

    Lead by example, showing professionalism, compassion, and Inspire Care values in every shift

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Indiana CNA or HHA certification (required)

    Active CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)

    Two-step TB/PPD test or equivalent blood test within the last year

    Familiarity with DSP populations (individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities)

    Experience with medication administration and care plan adherence

    Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

    Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

    Leadership or mentoring experience in caregiving strongly preferred
