About Us H2Turbo Express Car Wash is a veteran-owned, locally-owned express tunnel car wash proudly serving the Wilmington community. We're building a team that takes pride in delivering a fast, friendly, and high-quality wash experience every time.

About the Role As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering Wilmington's best car wash experience. You'll guide vehicles safely through the wash, assist customers, and help keep our equipment operating at its best. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys teamwork, leadership, and staying active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and ensure every customer receives a SAFE, FAST, and FRIENDLY car wash experience

Safely guide cars into the wash tunnel and assist customers with any needs

Monitor and maintain wash equipment, performing light repairs when needed

Support and train team members to maintain a smooth and positive workflow

Keep the site clean, organized, and running efficiently

Compensation & Perks

$12–$18 per hour, plus commission on membership sales
