    We are one of the fastest-growing Keller Williams offices—located in Grand Rapids East, Michigan—offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Team Leader. This is a full-time leadership role for an energetic, enthusiastic professional focused on growth and development, not personal sales. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership success and, ideally, familiarity with Keller Williams systems and models (though this is not required). Compensation: • Expected First Year Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly OTE • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: What Will You Do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: • Lead the Market Center • Implement OP’s vision • Use the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability • Consult the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention • Lead the development of associates to a minimum average income per associate • Attain dominant market share in target markets • Build a Market Center to achieve acceptable profitability • Consult the administrative staff and provide training opportunities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire) • Share the Market Center value/opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associates • Share the Market Center value with recruits • Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in a key area of business • Lead sales and business meetings • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete • Facilitate regular sales meetings • Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates Communications/Interactions: • Staff – To set goals, plan, work on projects and tasks – daily • Sales Associates – Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers – daily • Lead Generation of Sales Associates – To join the company, daily/weekly • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – When problems arise – weekly • Operating Principle/MCA – Monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) – weekly Management Responsibilities: • Staff • Sales associates Qualifications: • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment • Strong leadership, management, and team-building abilities • Strategic goal-setting, planning, and accountability capabilities • Effective and resourceful problem-solving approach • Highly proactive with a consistently positive attitude • Advanced proficiency in recruiting top talent • Experience in career development and employee training • Demonstrated success in high-performance sales roles • Solid background in residential real estate (preferred) • Proficient with computer systems and MLS platforms • Documented history of success in previous roles and responsibilities Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly OTE
