    Who are we looking for? Keller Williams Kalamazoo is searching for our next Team Leader to help grow our market center to new heights! This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a high-energy, enthusiastic, and people-oriented professional. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong background in residential real estate and/or talent acquisition. Most of all, they love supporting top talent, recruiting with intention, and driving real growth. Compensation: • Base salary range: $55,000-75,000 • Expected 1st year earnings: $65,000-85,000. There is no limitation on your earning potential • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Healthy amount of training, coaching & development opportunities paid for by the company (requires some travel) Responsibilities: • RECRUITING - Recruiting will be the primary focus in the initial phase, laying the foundation for scalable growth through the implementation and execution of consistent systems • Prospecting to initiate new business with existing agents in the market (recruiting; 2-3 hours daily) • Following up with potential recruits and referral sources for recruits (1-2 hours daily) • Conducting/supporting 2 to 3+ recruiting appts per day (can be accomplished in multiple ways, i.e., holding your own appts with producing agents and helping staff close appointments with lower production/new agents) • Recruiting agents will/can look like the following: • New Agents joining the real estate world • Experience with solopreneurs/agents operating in other brokerages • Agents that have a team of other agents • Brokerages looking to sell through acquisition to other brokerages • Leading office team meetings (sales meetings) with leverage from staff and other sources (weekly or bi-weekly; currently bi-weekly) • Leading the top agents within the office (office board of directors and office managers), meetings (1x per month), along with other committees (example: education of new and seasoned agents) • Provide consistent leadership to staff and agents • Coach/consult with the top 10-20% of agents within the office (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the agent) • Analyze and manage financials to maintain a lean budget and ensure profitability Qualifications: • TRAINING people to their highest potential • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and management capabilities • Strong goal setting, planning, and accountability habits • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills • A proactive mindset with a positive, can-do attitude • Experience mentoring others or developing talent • A recent track record of top-tier sales performance • Comfort with technology and basic computer proficiency • Consistent success in previous roles or responsibilities Compensation: $65,000-85,000+ Expected 1st year earnings
