They are aligned with the Operating Principal’s vision, leverage Keller Williams systems and models, and work tirelessly to ensure our agents have the tools, training, and mindset to thrive. Compensation & Benefits • On-Target Earnings: $110,000–$120,000 (base + bonus) • Performance-Based Bonuses: Eligible after 60 days • Profit Share: Generous percentage of the company's profit • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: The right Team Leader will maintain or exceed these standards of excellence: • Lead and inspire the Market Center with energy, vision, and integrity • Implement the Operating Principal’s strategic direction • Focus on agent retention and development , especially the top 20% of producers • Build and lead training programs, masterminds, and events that drive agent growth • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, recognition, and accountability • Support and coach the leadership staff to ensure all departments operate effectively • Manage onboarding and productivity initiatives to grow the Market Center • Track and analyze business metrics to drive profitability and market share Essential Responsibilities • Coach and consult associates to achieve personal and professional success • Conduct productivity coaching and accountability meetings • Facilitate impactful Market Center meetings and training sessions • Build retention and engagement through culture events and recognition • Provide leadership and guidance to staff and department heads • Collaborate with the Operating Principal and MCA on business goals and growth Key RelationshipsSales Associates: Daily coaching, development, and goal-setting • Top 20% Producers: Weekly consulting to increase productivity and retention • Staff & Leadership Team: Daily collaboration to ensure operational excellence • Operating Principal/MCA: Weekly strategy and profitability discussions • New Agents: Onboarding and integration into culture and systems Qualifications: • Proven leadership and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational abilities • Experience in real estate or a similar performance-driven industry preferred • Financial and business acumen; ability to interpret data and reports • Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for developing people • Track record of success leading teams or organizations Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings
