Team Leader – Kid to Kid Sioux Falls

Do you have experience in retail or restaurant management? Do you love fashion, shopping, and sustainable styles? Kid to Kid is not your typical thrift store. We serve local families by paying cash for gently used kids’ items and reselling them at great prices — helping make parenting more affordable in our community.

We are looking for an organized, efficient, and motivated Team Leader to join our store leadership team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the kids resale and franchise business from the ground up while helping lead, train, and motivate a team of 12–16 people.

What You’ll Do

Buy and price inventory using proprietary resale software

Help manage inventory through merchandising and regular markdowns

Assist in leading, training, and scheduling a team of 12–16 employees

Create outstanding customer experiences with a long-term growth mindset

Learn all aspects of the business, including buying, inventory management, merchandising, and social media marketing

Follow and implement franchise systems and guidelines consistently

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail or restaurant management experience preferred

Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills

A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

Ability to follow systems while maintaining high standards

Interest in resale, fashion, sustainability, and community-focused retail
