Our client is a full-service provider of injection molding and compression-molded automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 parts. Located in Hartford City, Indiana, they're looking for their next hands-on Shift Supervisor/Lead. 

Preferred Experience -

• At least 2-5 years of experience working in an injection molding or plastics environment. 
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a technical expert operating, processing, or maintaining injection molding equipment. 
• At least 1-2 years of experience managing hourly employees.

Essential Functions -

• Schedule and direct hourly employees to production in a manner that supports the molding bay for all production activity.
• Schedule setup for production jobs for the upcoming shift to ensure a smooth transfer of production activity between shifts
• Supervise all employees on the designated shift.
• Monitor and make adjustments with shift at start-up, during shift, and at the end of the shift to ensure optimum production.
• Ensure proper initial set-up and continuous monitoring of assigned processes.
• Ensure all process parameters are met to manufacture parts to the quality standards.

• Hourly pay range - $25 - $30 per hour depending on skills and commensurate experience. Opportunity for overtime.
