Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a team of real estate agents, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive team performance and achieve sales targets. • Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to agents, helping them enhance their skills and reach their full potential. • Facilitate regular team meetings to share insights, celebrate successes, and address challenges collectively. • Monitor market trends and guide the team in adapting strategies to stay competitive and relevant. • Ensure clear communication of company goals and expectations, aligning team efforts with organizational objectives. • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work.
