The Team Leader is the growth engine of the Market Center, responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top-producing agents while consulting our top 20% to higher productivity and profitability. Responsibilities: • Actively attract and recruit agents with proven production and/or market share • Consult with the Market Center’s top 20% of agents to increase productivity, profitability, and retention • Lead and coach Market Center staff to align with goals, accountability, and execution • Deliver and promote disruptive training programs tailored to agents’ business needs • Develop and execute marketing strategies to competitively position the Market Center • Manage the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) and ensure growth in profitability and leadership • Drive the adoption of Keller Williams technology, systems, and models among associates • Maintain a strong understanding of financial reports and assist with operating expense control • Foster a culture of excellence, productivity, and collaboration consistent with Keller Williams’ values • Conduct weekly sales and business meetings Qualifications: • 2+ years of successful real estate sales experience, preferably in the top 5% of the office • Active real estate license in the state of Arizona (or willingness to obtain before starting) • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead through influence, not just authority • Strong business acumen, including understanding P&L statements • Mastery of Keller Williams models, systems, and technology (Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Career Visioning, etc.) • Exceptional communication and coaching skills • Highly motivated, competitive, and people-oriented Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
