Responsibilities: • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent (both experienced and new agents) • Lead weekly support team huddles, weekly agent coaching sessions, and monthly training initiatives • Coach agents to higher productivity through proven models and systems • Drive growth in agent count, profitability, and culture • Lead key market center operations in partnership with the leadership staff • Champion the Keller Williams values, mission, and belief system Qualifications: • An active Florida Real Estate License is required • 3+ years in real estate sales, leadership, or brokerage management preferred • Track record of leadership, team building, or sales success • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Business-minded with an ability to analyze numbers, models, and metrics • Passion for teaching, coaching, and inspiring others • Familiarity with Keller Williams models and systems is a plus Compensation: $60,000 yearly
