Responsibilities: • Develop and motivate the team to execute the SpinXpress Way by delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Create a workplace culture that is consistent with SpinXpress's goals and identify the mission, vision, and values of SpinXpress. • Recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of people for your team. • Coach, mentor, and develop the team, including overseeing new employee onboarding. • Schedule staff effectively to meet and exceed the day-to-day operations and maintain optimal customer service levels. • Handle cash management and transactions accurately. • Provide oversight and direction to all team members in accordance with SpinXpress Policies and the Task List. • Participation in and execution of promotional programs. • Provide a consistent quality product to the customer while keeping costs low. • Addresses customer concerns, issues, and claims in a timely and satisfactory manner. • Maintains a good visual presentation of retail products at all times; keeps sufficient assortment and inventory levels. • Train employees in processing sales and upselling to customers. • Maintains a safe environment inside and outside of the store by following proper security procedures and prioritizing employee and customer safety. • Empower employees to take responsibility and expect accountability with consistent feedback. • Develop strategies that team members can use to better reach a project’s goal. • Assign tasks to team members and validate completion. • Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track and on schedule. • Communicate clear instructions to team members. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience. • On-the-job training. • Excellent communication skills. • Confidence and skillful negotiating skills. • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction. • Knowledge and experience with inventory management. • A constant drive to improve the experience of our users and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?" • Your schedule is flexible, and you will be willing to work holidays, weekends, evenings, and on-call when necessary. • History of achieving and consistently exceeding professional goals. • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you.
