About the Role:

VESCO RESIDENTIAL CLEANING LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Team Manager to lead our cleaning crews in Loveland, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive quality, efficiency, and team performance in a fast-paced residential cleaning environment. Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support residential cleaning team members during daily operations

Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards and client expectations

Coordinate team schedules, assignments, and route logistics

Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company procedures

Conduct quality inspections of completed work at residential properties

Communicate with management regarding team performance, supply needs, and client feedback

Foster a positive, productive, and professional team environment

Requirements:

Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred

Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage time effectively and keep teams on schedule

Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
