No problem — we provide full training for reliable, hardworking team members. Experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve our signature cream puffs according to Beard Papa's standards

2. Greet and assist customers with friendly, efficient service

3. Take orders in person, online, and over the phone with accuracy

4. Maintain cleanliness and follow health/safety guidelines

5. Handle cash register transactions with care and accuracy

6. Assist with inventory, deliveries, and product stocking

7. Promote our products with enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand

8. Collaborate with the team and support others as needed

What We Look For:

1. A positive attitude and reliable work ethic

2. Willingness to learn and be trained

3. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs

4. Basic math skills for handling cash

5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

6. A current food handler's card (or ability to obtain one)

7. Prior food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
